John 3:16 says “God so loved the world that he gave…” God’s very nature is to give. His ultimate act of giving was the sacrifice of His son, Jesus Christ. God’s people are a sharing people! God’s word teaches that we are created to share three things:

1. Share our faith

God’s plan for reaching the world is for transformed people to share with others how God transformed their lives. Simply put, you are a witness of God’s life-changing power in your life. Tell someone about that change!

2. Share our spiritual gifts and talents

You are a perfect “10” in some area. God has given you abilities that He expects you to share with others. 

 

3. Share your finances

 

God has given us everything. It is all His and we are managers of His blessings. Scripture teaches that every believer is asked by God to give a tenth of your income back to God. This is called our tithe.  Scripture tells us that “God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
