Over the past year you have heard us teach and use the term SPLASH in various venues. The letters of SPLASH remind us of our everyday mission to “Show People Love And Share Him.” Since we are filled with the living water of Jesus Christ it should be natural for us to overflow that life changing water onto others. In other words, when people get around us they should get splashed with the gospel. Everyday our eyes should be opened to spontaneous opportunities to splash others but I am convinced that we should also schedule time to splash others. We all have busy schedules and it is common for that busyness to cause us to lose sight of sharing the hope of Christ with others. But setting aside a time each week can be a helpful discipline in reaching out to others.

Since splashing should be both spontaneous and scheduled, we will begin offering a scheduled time each week for you to show people love and share Him. SPLASHnight will begin Tuesday, April 6 at 6:00 p.m. Each Tuesday night will provide you with a opportunity to visit people who recently visited our church, share Christ’s love with people in our community and reach out to those you haven’t seen in a while. There will be a place for you whether it’s writing cards, making phone calls, joining others for visitation, following up with families from our Crosswalk ministry or praying.

Join us on Tuesday night, April 6 at 6:00 p.m. as we kick off SPLASHnight. Let’s pass on the joy in our hearts to others who are waiting for someone to show them love and share Him!
