Welcome to First Baptist Hendersonville, NC
LIFT UP JESUS.
LOVE PEOPLE.
One Church. Two Worship Styles. One Mission.
First Baptist Church Hendersonville is a Christ-centered church in Hendersonville, NC, with one church family worshiping through two distinct styles. Whether you connect more with traditional worship or modern worship, our desire is the same: to lift up Jesus, love people, and make disciples.
Our Traditional Worship gatherings take place in our beautiful Sanctuary and are led by a full choir and orchestra, singing the great hymns of the faith along with other Christ-centered music.
Our Modern Worship gatherings take place in the 316 Center and are led by a worship band singing contemporary worship songs along with both traditional and modern hymns.
At the center of every gathering is the Word of God. Our preaching seeks to exalt Jesus Christ throughout all of Scripture, faithfully teach the Bible, and equip believers for the work of ministry.
